I’m going on a Western Caribbean Cruise and need advice?

I’m sailing on the Carnival Glory to Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Freeport, Bahamas and have been looking at the shore excursions booked through the cruise line. Have any of you taken this cruise or a similar one and can tell me the best things to do with two kids 10 and 11–especially in belize and freeport. Thanks in advance

If you’re from Belize or have visited there, what kind of businesses would you like to see opened there?

I’m interested in finding out what kind of businesses Belize needs. I am planning a trip there and would like some ideas from others that live, have lived, or even have visited on business prospects. I’m not old enough to qualify for the retirement program, but I’m considering moving there and would like to provide a good service for the people and enjoy a more laid-back lifestyle for myself. What kind of business does Belize need? Thanks in advance for your input. God Bless!

romantic belize getaway in september?

I want to bring my boyfriend to Belize after his birthday for a romantic getaway, it would be in the beginning of September. I’ve read everywhere that Belize has year-around great weather, but I’m worried about tropical storms and hurricanes during that time. Also I’d really like us to have a nice quiet, romantic time there. I’d love a hotel on the beach, but maybe one that isn’t so popular to avoid a lot of vacationers? If you know of any hotels that are not dumpy but maybe not as well known or crowded, please help! Thanks in advance, and dont be shy with your answeres, the more info the better!
