There are a group of us going to Belize and wanted to go shopping (souvenirs). We wanted to know if it was expensive. Also is food expensive?

Cruising to Belize and Roatan. Anything to do there??
I am taking a cruise shortly with my 3 children. My husband won’t be going and I would like to know if there is anything to do while we are docked in Belize or Roatan. Is it safe to walk around? Is there any good shopping? Or, should we sign up for the “beach getaway” that is offered by the ship? Thanks for your advice!

Im headed to Belize.. Do I need a Visa, and whats the most fun thing to do there? where is the cheapest shopping and what is a nice cheap hotel??
Royal Caribbean-Enchantment of the Seas in May, suggestions?
I am leaving out of Fort Lauderdale in May. My Ports of Call are Key West Florida, Cozumel Mexico, and Belize City Belize. I am possibly interested in snorkeling as well as the Mayan Ruins. What are your suggestions for excursions? Also what about shopping. What do I have to to buy at each location? I am so excited! Also, should I book through the cruise, private company, or is it safe to wait until I get there and wing it? Any advice and suggestions are welcome! This is my first cruise and I know nothing.
