Guatemala safety?
Hello! Me and two friends (all female) are planning on going to Guatemala city, Atitlan, and Tikal (and maybe Belize) in about 1 month. My friends have read many blogs and articles about how dangerous it is to travel to Guatemala. Now we are considering canceling our trip due to these dangers.
What have you all heard or experienced in regards to crime in Guatemala?
Belize or Guatamala?? Anything to tell me?
In Feb me and my husband (we are in our early 20s) are going to Belize and then thinking our backpacking to Guatamala for a month. Anything to know…anything to do or avoid???
whats her problem?
she’s my best friend. she had a boyfriend before we met. he was on probation. he slipped up on it. was going to goto jail. packed up his bags, and moved to belize, and he brought her with him. they were there a month. he got big into coke. ignored her the whole time they were there. treated her like shit. she came back. then he came back. he cheated on her 3 times. he yells at her and calls her every name u can think of. now he’s in jail. he promised he’d write everyday. he’ll be in there for another year. she is waiting….now here i am. with this gorgeous best friend. who i have become crazy about. it didnt happen over night. we hang out every day. she knows i like her. she sayyyyys she likes me but she has a boyfriend. but she doesnt know whats gonna happen with him anymore. i do everything i can for her. id give her the world if i could. do i sound like a sap. how come i cant just drop her. whats my problem. how can she like someone like that….
Going on Carnival Miracle’s Southern Carribean Cruise next month any tips for some cool shore excursions?
We will be stopping in Colon, Panama – Limon, Costa Rica, & Belize City, Belize.
