is it better to do a shore excursion? or go out on own?

going on a cruise for the first time to both belize and mexico. have a full day in both places…just not sure what to do. it’s belize city and cozumel, mexico. thanks!!!
i’m going to belize city and cozumel, mexico. not sure if the excursion prices make it worth it…or if we should just venture out on own. has anyone been there via cruise? thanks!

What can I expect when riding a horse the first time?

We are going on a cruise in December and we have signed up for a horseback ride in Belize. My husband is sooooo excited, but I am a little bit nervous. I don’t want to be sore and miserable after I go riding, and I want to have fun while I am doing it.

I have never spent time around horses or ridden a horse. What can I expect?

Where can I buy a guitar while in Belize City,Belize, Cozumel, Mexico or Meridia, Mexico(Progresso Yuccatan)?

I’m going on a cruise in a few weeks and as a musician I want to buy a guitar that was made in Belize or Mexico(not an import). I’d like somthing of average to good quality(not the cheap $30 guitars imported into the US as souvineers) I’m looking for the real thing. The more unique and more hand made, the better. If a guitar is not available, any similar stringed instrument will do. (A Charango would be great, but not sure if they even make them down there). Any help is greatly appreciated.
