I am having trouble deciding between two cruises. One (with carnival) leaves Ft Lauderdale and travels to Key West, Grand Cayman, and Ocho Rios Jamaica. The other (with Royal Caribbean) also leaves Ft Lauderdale and travels to Key West, Belize, and Cozumel Mexico. I’m open for any suggestions & input from anyone who has been on either of these cruises or to any of these destinations. I have never been on a cruise so this is all new to me. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I am leaving out of Fort Lauderdale in May. My Ports of Call are Key West Florida, Cozumel Mexico, and Belize City Belize. I am possibly interested in snorkeling as well as the Mayan Ruins. What are your suggestions for excursions? Also what about shopping. What do I have to to buy at each location? I am so excited! Also, should I book through the cruise, private company, or is it safe to wait until I get there and wing it? Any advice and suggestions are welcome! This is my first cruise and I know nothing.

I am going on my 3rd cruise in September and I was wondering how many people like them as much as me and my husband do? We are going to Mexico, Hondouras, Belize and Grand Caymen on this one and we’ve also been to St. Thomas and St. Martin, Puerto Rico, Jamacia and Cozumel, Mexico. What did you find good about them and what didn’t you like? Why did you choose a cruise?
