We live in Belize (hot and sunny) and need a projector for a non-profit organization. It will be used for presenting PowerPoint’s and short video media to groups of 5-50. Unless it’s nighttime most rooms cannot be completely dark. The budget is very tight so we’re trying to figure out the best projector for the cheapest price. Any ideas about types, brands, prices, etc. Right now I don’t even know what the different initials mean (LCD etc.) Please help!

We want to go to Belize, Honduras, Nicarauga or El Salvador. I’ve been looking at travel sites for airfares for so long my brain is turning to cheez whiz. We’re serious budget/backpack travelers – stopovers a-okay, scary third world airlines a-okay.
I appreciate everyone’s answers but I think I phrased it wrong – does anyone know of any latin american airlines that fly out of denver that might be less expensive? Or a hub city in Central America that are reasonably centrally located and cheaper to fly into? Thank you.

I will be going there in late December/early January with my mother and I want to start planning. I am looking for fun activities that will not break my budget. Also hotel and restaurant reccomendations would be a plus.
We might be there during Christmas and I would like to know a great place to celebrate.
