I’m going to Central America for a month. July-Aug 07. I’m in my mid 20s solo female traveler, and would like to know if anyone else is doing the same thing.
Guatemala (Antigua+Guatemala City)–>El Salvador(Libertad+San Salvador)–>Honduras (Tegucigalpa+ Copan)–>Nicaragua (the three cities)—>Costa Rica (Monteverde+ San Jose)–>Panama (just Bocas del toro) all by bus.
I am going to Cancun in June and read an article about the Aquarium there having a shark feeding program. They put you in a cage in the shark tank and let you feed the sharks through a hole in the cage. Has anyone ever done this? Is it worth $100?
OK people-I said HAS ANYONE DONE THIS?? I am oinly looking for responses from people who know what this sepcific activity is like. I dont want to know your feelings on sharks or how cool you THINK it would be and NO! I am not afraid of sharks. I am a certified diver and have been in open water with sharks several times….your welcome for the points!

I always wondered about studying abroad. I really want to improve my Spanish, so I figured I could study in a Spanish speaking country. Has anyone gone to study in abroad? What was your experience? Would you recomend it?
We are taking a cruise with Holland America and one of the ports is Santo Tomas De Castilla. Does anyone have an info on things to do and see? So far I have not been able to find any info on this port and Holland America has not sent anything also. We would like to go on our own and not book a tour.
