We rented a jeep in Cozumel and took a self tour to the other side of the island. The east side, awesome scenery and a couple of good watering holes to stop and enjoy the beach Coconuts Bar & Grill and Mezcalitos Bar & Restaurant. Bring your camera, plenty of kodak moments.

In Belize Check out Belize Cruise Excursions and do the zipline canopy tour. Becoming very popular and fun. You safely zip through the tree tops. You will know how birds feel.

Have a great trip and enjoy)

Me and I have traveled to Cozumel 3 times.

Well, I am not sure what shore excursions your cruise line offers, but I recently took a Disney cruise and I took a Cozumel Jeep Tour, it took us to a light house, mayan ruins, a alligator lagoon, a remote beach and provided a awesome lunch! Another option to consider if you are interested in just relaxing, is getting a day pass at an all-inclusive resort. I suggest The Wyndham Cozumel Resort and Spa, the cost is forty dollars per adult and you can be there from 9 in the morning until 5pm. It includes all food, snacks, and drinks. Access to their private beach, pools, gym, activities, non-motorized water sports, tennis courts, etc. and for an additional cost you can go diving or snorkeling or any other activity they have at their on-site dive shop.
AS for on-board I have not cruised with that line so I do not know and I have not been to belize either, hope that helped!
