Lonely Planet, pls hire people that are respectful of the countries visited and also show the true beauty of it all..not just the touristy friby tossing, roping, running idiots who showcase themselves more than the places they visited. Seriously.

Ermm, I wasn’t born in Belize but both my parents and majoriity of my family were.
Err, haha, nice tour guide btw.
Oh and Belize is awesome, go when you can people! I go every summer. I stay up by Cahal Pech at my uncle’s resort
. Ahahaha, and Cahal Pech is crazy fun to climb around. Most of it is still under ground and needs to be uncovered actually :O.

Hola, I watched your video from Tikal where you are playing frisbee in the ruins. I am Guatemalan and I really don’t agree with your behaviour in such a place like Tikal. This place is sacred for some persons in my country, so I really encourage you to be aware of that. I guess you wouldn’t play frisbee inside the Vatican or even in San Peter’s plaza. Just think about it, gracias.

Am shocked that Lonely Planet has anything to do with this! Throwing a frisbee in a scared site, manhandling the wildlife (which destroys the oils on the shark’s skin and tames them so easier to catch and kill) – why? Just why? Belize is such a great country, surely you can do better than this!

yea i was in Belize in Feb. of 2009 it was unbelievable. The fried chicken in Ladyville, the The Wet Lizard Restaurant in Belize city, it was incredible
